Who we are

Tolca is operated by Yasser Boughazli, sole proprietorship, Montréal (Québec). Person in charge of personal information: Yasser Boughazli, yasser@tonbot.ca.

What we collect

The text of your searches (business name, NEQ or licence number), the date, the IP address and browser of visits (traffic statistics), and, if you pay, the email sent to us by Stripe and the order number. Calls made by Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant (MCP connector) only send the query: we receive neither your conversation nor your identity.

What we do not collect

No payment card data (Stripe handles it), no passwords, no content from your conversations with an AI assistant.

Why

To answer your search, deliver the paid report, handle refunds, prevent abuse (daily limits) and measure service usage.

Sharing

Stripe (card payments) and our server host (DigitalOcean). We never sell or rent any information. Business data shown comes from public registries (Données Québec, CC-BY 4.0).

Retention

Search and visit logs: 12 months at most. Paid orders: 7 years (tax obligations). You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information at the address below.

Sole proprietors

A person running a sole proprietorship listed in a public registry can ask for their information to be removed from our results, at the address below.
