Tolca is operated by Yasser Boughazli, sole proprietorship, Montréal (Québec). Contact: yasser@tonbot.ca.

What you buy

A contractor check report built from three Québec public registries: the Régie du bâtiment du Québec active licence list, the Autorité des marchés publics RENA register, and the Environment ministry's administrative monetary penalty register. Single report: $4.99. List of up to 100 contractors: $49.00. Prices in Canadian dollars.

Delivery

The report is shown on screen and downloadable as a PDF right after payment. The report link is your access: keep it.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Tolca never sees or stores your card details.

Refunds

Full refund if the report could not be delivered, or if any information in it does not match the official registry on the extraction date shown. Email yasser@tonbot.ca within 30 days with your report link. Reply within 2 business days.

Limits

Data comes from public registries as of the extraction date shown in the report (Données Québec, CC-BY 4.0). Name searches can return homonyms: confirm with the licence number or NEQ. The report does not replace checking directly with the RBQ or AMP, and does not cover insurance or CNESST.

Personal information

We keep your query, the date and the email given to Stripe, only to deliver the report and handle refunds. Sole proprietors can request removal of their information at the contact address.
